Ingredients:
- 2-3 Tbsp Hummus
- ¼ cup shredded carrots
- ¼ cup of baby spinach
- ¼ cup sliced bell pepper
- 1 tbsp. of sliced olives
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste (add a sprinkle of cayenne for a spicy kick)
- 1 tortilla or your choice of wrap
How To:
- Spread the hummus down the center of the tortilla.
- Place spinach, carrots, bell pepper, olives and avocado on top of the hummus.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Roll up the tortilla into a wrap.
