Ingredients:

  • 2-3 Tbsp Hummus
  • ¼ cup shredded carrots
  • ¼ cup of baby spinach
  • ¼ cup sliced bell pepper
  • 1 tbsp. of sliced olives
  • 1/2  avocado, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste (add a sprinkle of cayenne for a spicy kick)
  • 1 tortilla or your choice of wrap

 

How To:

  1. Spread the hummus down the center of the tortilla.
  2. Place spinach, carrots, bell pepper, olives and avocado on top of the hummus.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Roll up the tortilla into a wrap.
