Salad Ingredients

  • 1 head of romaine lettuce
  • 15 oz. can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 large orange bell pepper
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes
  • ½ cup olives, sliced
  • 1/8 cup cilantro
  • 1 ear of corn, kernels removed
  • 1 green onions mostly white, chopped
  • 1/3 cup pepitas (pumpkin seeds)

 

Dressing

Directions

  1. Follow directions on how to make the OSG dressing.
  2. Place romaine lettuce in a large bowl and toss with OSG dressing. Add in all salad ingredients to the dressed leaves.
  3. Sprinkles pepitas on top.
