Ingredients

  • Whipped Cream infused vodka
  • 1 plastic carton of strawberries
  • 1 bag of vegan Chocolate chips

 

Directions

  1. Soak strawberries overnight (24 hours) in the whipped cream infused vodka.
  2. Drain vodka and pat strawberries dry.
  3. Save vodka and strain into a glass jar. It will be a pretty pink color and taste like strawberry whipped cream.
  4. Melt chocolate chips in a double boiler.
  5. Once chocolate is melted, dip strawberries in to the chocolate by holding the green stem.
  6. Place dipped strawberries onto wax paper of plate.
  7. Once all strawberries are chocolate coated, place plate in freezer (for one hour) or fridge (for two hours).
  8. Serve with coconut whipped cream (recipe at Oh She Glows).
