Ingredients
- Whipped Cream infused vodka
- 1 plastic carton of strawberries
- 1 bag of vegan Chocolate chips

Directions
- Soak strawberries overnight (24 hours) in the whipped cream infused vodka.
- Drain vodka and pat strawberries dry.
- Save vodka and strain into a glass jar. It will be a pretty pink color and taste like strawberry whipped cream.
- Melt chocolate chips in a double boiler.
- Once chocolate is melted, dip strawberries in to the chocolate by holding the green stem.
- Place dipped strawberries onto wax paper of plate.
- Once all strawberries are chocolate coated, place plate in freezer (for one hour) or fridge (for two hours).
- Serve with coconut whipped cream (recipe at Oh She Glows).
