Ingredients
• 1 can Cannellini white beans
• 1 1/2 teaspoon white wine vinegar
• 1 clove garlic, chopped
• 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
• 1/4 cup olive oil
• Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
1. Place all ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
2. Enjoy with your choice of (gluten-free) crackers or chips.
